Hello everyone,
Thank you again for your support.
We are now closer to shipping all the orders to the backers.
Like you might have seen on the news, ALL the Chinese factories were shut down due the new wave of the Covid. All the operations and the plan to have all the products shipped out to our fulfilment offices were altered.
The good news is that the factory has now resumed operation and we are making progress. All the previous GIGA were not shipped with a packaging box. The packaging is ready and we are pre-packing them. The below screenshots below are what they look like:
Backers continue to receive their GIGA from the first batch. See the screenshot below:
I know you all want your GIGA asap and that is exactly what I want. We have spent so much time on this project and the shipment delay is costing us a lot of money. This is a not a good situation for a startup to be in. We truly want to have all the GIGA delivered ASAP so that we can release them on our website.

With all that we have been through we are still here because of you. You have no idea what your support has done in our lives.
I know some of you were disappointed with delays of the shipment of your orders. The truth is that there is an extremely high demand for your products and sometimes out of stock.
I thought I would share this video made by Linus Tech Tips with you to give you an insight of what we usually experience running a hardware startup like VOLTA (some of you might have already seen this from the Video he posted about his investment into Framework).
Again, this is not an excuse. It is just a way to share our experience with you.
We also of course need more experienced staff to help with workload. But we can't afford them due to our cash flow. We've come this far with your support and I am sure we will continue to grow.
We have been processing the orders with just GIGA 33W and Anchor, since we have these products in abundance. There was no reason to delay the shipment of those. So if you ordered just the 33W or the Anchor, you will receive your shipment soon.
I have also received quite a lot of messages from our website customers and GIGA backers asking how they can get the 33W and Anchor. We are currently working on making these products available to those that might need them to charge the personal devices.
I will bring you more updates next week about when to expect the delivery of your 130W and 200W GIGA. We are also there. Thank you for your patience and support.

Good day everyone,
I have some good news.
We have officially started fulfillment from our USA office. Which means we now have 3 fulfillment hubs (Australia, USA and UK).
You can test this our by going onto our website and try to check out. You will see all the shipping and courier options that we have available for those in the North America region.
We have also started the fulfilment of the GIGA in the USA. Some of the Backers that got the Save a Spot in the US will start receiving their GiGA Indiegogo orders from next week.
More Good News, the rest of the GIGA are also ready and will be shipped out to our various offices (Australia, USA and UK). This means we will be able to fulfil all the GIGA and Anchor orders this month (March). I am personally excited and I cannot wait to get these beautiful chargers into your hands.
I seriously want to find a way to compensate you all for the delay and to show our gratitude for your support. I will find a way to get this done and I want you to know that we appreciate you and we will forever be grateful for your kindness. Thank you for helping us get this far.
I will also be giving everyone of the GIGA backers the opportunity to get additional products at a special discounted rate and this offer will be open once the full scale fulfilment is done.

A very quick update.
Mass fulfillment is going to start soon. Below is an amateur video to show you the 130W Giga. They are 100% ready and just waiting to be packaged, then shipped to our various fulfillment hubs. The 200W will also be ready next 100%. We are pumped and excited.
Our USA office is also now ready and fulfillment has started. Here is a short video for you, this was from last week Monday or so. But things have progressed since the video was shot.
Keeping in mind, we still have our Australian office and that is where we will ship from to the rest of the world. That is those outside, AU, NZ, UK and USA.
All the wait is almost over. I truly do share some of your frustrations and how you wanted this to be over. But I want you to know that we wanted this campaign done more than you would ever want it. The more delay we encountered the more it is costing us due to our operational cost and all. We need to get these Indiegogo orders fulfilled and introduce the products on our website. Therefore we are working our asses off to get them into your hands. Kindly hang in there and it will all end in JOY.

We are currently setting things up in the US and things are progressing well.
We continue to ship out GIGA and Anchor from the UK and Australia. More people are now receiving them. Below is are video and post from two Backers in the UK.
