Hello Everyone,
Good news, we have the first batch of the GIGA. 200 pieces of the GIGA will be sent one of our fulfilment centre next week and these would sent out to some of our Backers as soon as they land.
Regarding Backerkit, We've also sent a smoke test (sent surveys to 5% of the backers) on Monday to be sure everything good. Some of our Backers would have received theirs. The rest of the survey will be sent out later tomorrow once no one comes back with error.
Please, be sure to complete the Backerkit survey as soon as you receive it.
Thank you for your patience and support. I will bring more news as soon as I have more news. The Anchor is also progressing and everything is going as planned.

Greetings everyone,
Adedayo here and I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for your support. We sincerely appreciate you for your patience and for backing us.
We finally received the funds from Indiegogo payment team on Tuesday (28/12/2021) and we were able to transfer all the necessary funds to our manufacturing partners. What a relief that was to us. They should all receive the funds by Monday (06/12/2021) and production will restart with immediate effect.
Secondly, kindly ignore the last update that was sent by one of our team members regarding the refund of the USB C to Barrel adapters. There was a minor confusion as the Barrel perks would not sync with the Backerkit. Backerkit rep was able to resolve this. In addition, you would like to have received the Backerkit survey, but the Backerkit guys need to approve the survey before it is sent out. Because we wanted to make sure the surveys were sent out by all means, the last update was sent out informing you that we would like to refund the Barrel orders, as that was the

These adapters are quite handy and useful. You should definitely get one of them if you are always on the move and you wont need to carry your bulky laptop charging cable/adapter. Imaging having the GIGA, VOLTA Spark, VOLTA BOLTand one of these adapters in your VOLTA Carry case. You can be rest assured of never running out of power ever again.
Thank you for helping us come this far. Things are quite progressing in the UK and making some head ways with the distribution centre in the EU. We are in talks with a 3PL as this will be an ideal solution for now.
Please, look forward to receiving the Backerkit survey this week. Apologies for the delay, we had to wait for the Backerkit team to approve it before it can be sent out. They also had to charge us upfront and their service charge is based on a certain percentage of the funds from the campaign. So they also had to wait until the funds got to us. We are not trying to come up with excuses but this is how crowdfunding works. The delay with the funds has disrupted our schedule and timeline.

Straight to the point... Indiegogo finally found what the problem was, see screenshot believe.
Please, keep in mind that we are yet to evaluate the level of delay that will arise as a result of this funds issue. I sure will keep you posted. Right now, I want to make sure the funds are transferred to the manufacturers before asking questions. As they were extremely disappointed with the delays.
This sample from the final GIGA production was sent from the factory.
In addition, I would like everyone to understand that we speed up the process of this project by sacrificing funds from other projects and taking a small loan to offset some of the expenses upfront. Normally, the certification process and the purchase of materials are only supposed to start after receiving the money from the campaign. We are not here to scam anyone, as you can see we have a website and we fulfil a lot of orders on a daily basis.
